Let’s go straight to the point and do this in list-form.
Foods to eat if you got gout:

Fresh cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and other red-blue berries
Bananas
Celery
Tomatoes
Kale, cabbage, parsley (green-leafy vegetables)
Pineapple (foods high in bromelain)
Red cabbage, red bell peppers, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, potatoes (foods high in vitamin C)
Fruit juices and purified water (8 glasses of water per day)
