- Breads, cereals, pasta, rice (complex carbohydrates)
- Chocolate, cocoa
- Coffee, tea
- Carbonated beverages
- Tuna, salmon, flaxseed, nuts, seeds (essential fatty acids)
- Tofu, legumes
